The Story Behind the Find

I have always believed that a home should be a collection of stories, not simply a collection of things.

My love of vintage and antique homeware comes from searching for pieces with a certain soul — the gentle patina of a well-used kitchen piece, the deep blue of an old Staffordshire jug, or the perfectly imperfect marks left by an artisan's hand. Every piece needs to sing to me.

Covet & Keep is a carefully considered collection for homes that feel timeless and individual.

I look for pieces that sit comfortably in today's interiors while carrying something of the past with them: vintage ceramics, studio pottery, glass, silver, decorative curiosities and those wonderfully unexpected finds that give a room character.

Some are quietly beautiful; others are made to be the hero of a shelf, table or room. What they share is a sense that they have already lived a little — and deserve to be enjoyed again.

A Considered Approach

I don't simply look for labels. I look for quality, character and craftsmanship: the ping of fine bone china, the reassuring heft of ironstone, a beautifully aged surface or the small irregularities that reveal something was made and decorated by hand.

Every piece in the collection is individually sourced and chosen because it is something I would happily display in my own home.
