A beautifully detailed vintage bone china creamer from Sheridan Potteries, Staffordshire, England. This piece features a classic countryside pheasant scene framed by delicate blue foliage and intricate floral sprays. The design is finished with a hand-painted gold gilt rim.
Historically, the pheasant pattern is a much-loved Staffordshire staple, often used in traditional English game tableware.

This piece is the epitome of the "Grandmillennial" or "Cottagecore" aesthetic. It looks stunning as part of a curated blue-and-white display, on a traditional Welsh dresser, or simply used for a slow Sunday afternoon tea.

Era: Mid-Century (circa 1950s-1970s)

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. As is expected with a piece of this age, there are a few tiny 'nibbles' on the rim and a small area of 'extra' gilt on the body, (please see close-up photos), though these flaws do not detract from its overall charm. The transferware remains remarkably crisp and vibrant. The gilding shows some gentle age-related wear, adding to its authentic heritage feel.
Approximate Measurements:
Height: Just over 9 cm
Capacity: Perfect for milk, cream, or a small posy of wildflowers.
